Agreement to Terms

Services We Provide

Prime Time Petaluma Fencing provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Petaluma, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include wood fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing solutions.

Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for all fence projects. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final project costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and changes to the original scope of work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract.

Project Changes

Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties. Additional work beyond the original contract will be quoted separately and may affect project timelines and total cost.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project before work begins with written notice. Cancellations after work has started may result in charges for labor and materials already used or ordered. Your deposit may be non-refundable if materials have been specially ordered for your project.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring we have clear access to the work area and for removing any obstacles or valuables from the project site. We will take reasonable care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or landscaping that are not clearly marked.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring your project complies with local building codes, HOA regulations, and property line requirements. We can assist with permit applications, but final approval is the property owner's responsibility.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship with a warranty on labor as specified in your contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Any warranty claims must be reported promptly and do not cover damage from accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to property not directly caused by our work.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Sonoma County, California, in accordance with California law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
